    • Build trusted relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to support strategic account growth and technology adoption.
    • Lead customer engagements, workshops, and business case development focused on productivity, total cost of ownership, decarbonization, and operational performance.
    • Develop compelling customer value propositions by quantifying operational, economic, and sustainability benefits and communicating total cost of ownership and value realization outcomes.
    • Support pilot deployments, early adopter programs, and commercialization governance processes to ensure successful implementation and scale-up of electrification solutions.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer adoption, and deployment results to influence future product, service, and commercial strategy.
    • Foster a high-performing culture centered on customer focus, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and business growth.
    What skills you will have:

Understanding of the criticality of getting things done in spite of current circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage back-channel resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.
