What You Will Have (Core Skills):

    • Customer-focused mindset: You anticipate customer needs, build strong relationships, deliver on commitments, and use customer insights to shape effective solutions.
    • Product and service knowledge: You understand how products and services are positioned, sold, delivered, and connected across the organization.
    • Decision-making and critical thinking: You gather relevant data, evaluate alternatives, assess risks and benefits, and make informed recommendations.
    • Strong communication skills: You adapt messages for different audiences, communicate clearly across levels, and use influence and persuasion effectively.
    • Negotiation skills: You seek win-win outcomes, listen actively, focus on business issues, and work collaboratively through differing viewpoints.
    • Relationship management: You build productive long-term relationships with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal partners while aligning expectations and priorities.
    • Technical excellence: You apply technical expertise to solve business challenges, engage subject matter experts when needed, and coach others in developing effective solutions.
    • Value selling: You connect customer business needs to product, technology, and service solutions that clearly demonstrate value.

    Top Candidates Will Have

    • Customer, dealer, or field-facing experience identifying needs and recommending product, technology, or service solutions.
    • Field experience working directly with customers and dealers to identify needs and develop solutions for aftermarket parts.
    • Demonstrated product knowledge of hydraulic and undercarriage systems.
    • Background in product application, technical sales, product support, commercial strategy, or dealer enablement.
    • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
    • Experience delivering product training, demonstrations, onboarding, or sales enablement support.
    • Ability to use performance data, customer requirements, and field insights to identify growth opportunities.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence priorities and support go-to-market execution.
