PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Warehouse Delivery Driver at Catholic Charities: Coordinates dispatch of truck and delivers good to designated location safely, timely and within all food service and organization safety standards. Creates bales of textiles for re-sale. Moves textile bales to/from warehouses in preparation for re-sale. Loads and unloads food and/or goods at designated sites. Ensures all products are stored properly at the sites as well as maintaining the proper paperwork.
Maintains required logs and receipts accurately and timely at the facility where food and good are needed. Reports to the Warehouse supervisor for additional daily tasks in the warehouse. Promotes and adheres to Catholic Charities’ vision, mission, values and Code of Ethics. Models Catholic Charities’ commitment to treating all persons with respect and dignity, with Trauma-Informed language and behavior. Reflects Catholic Charities commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect.
Maintains confidentiality of client and agency information. Regular and predictable attendance. Any other tasks or duties as assigned.
