Directs patient flow, capacity management, and bed placement across Catholic Health entities while leading clinical teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
Clinical Experience: 5-7+ years in acute care with leadership in patient flow, bed placement, or capacity management.
Management Experience: Experience supervising and managing clinical teams.
Licensure & Education: Active RN license (required); Master of Science in Nursing (preferred).
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, financial acumen, crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.
Travel: Ability to travel across Catholic Health facilities as needed.
Ethics & Compliance: Comply with the CH Compliance Assurance Program, Standards of Conduct, and highest legal standards.
Privacy & Security: Strictly follow HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy policies, and information security protocols.
Mission & Values: Demonstrate CH values through excellence, collaboration, respect, innovation, community commitment, and accountability.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
