    What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care and keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day-to-day work will directly impact our patients’ health and experience.

    • Review upcoming appointments and identify gaps in care (mammograms, colonoscopies, immunizations, etc.)

    • Escort patients to rooms and manage patient flow to maximize efficiency

    • Take and record vitals, patient history, allergies, medications, and current concerns

    • Collect and process lab specimens; track and document results

    • Perform quality control on equipment and testing materials

    • Help at the front desk when needed — greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance

    • Collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure the best patient outcomes

    What You Bring:

    • Graduation from a NYS-accredited Medical Assistant program is required

    • Current Medical Assistant certification preferred (NHA, AMT, AAMA, NCCT)

    • BCLS certification (in-person training only, American Heart Association)

    • Strong clinical skills including phlebotomy and aseptic technique

    • A team-first attitude and commitment to providing respectful, quality care

    Posted Salary Range

    USD $22.87 - USD $29.13 /Hr.

    Why You’ll Love Working Here:

    • Be part of a mission-driven organization rooted in compassion and excellence

    • Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values your input

    • Enjoy opportunities for growth and development within Catholic Health

    • Make a real impact in patients’ lives every single day
