Our Medical-Surgical RNs:
· Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the post-surgical and Medical-Surgical patient populations
· Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
· Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.
Qualifications:
· Passion for Medical-Surgical Nursing and caring for a diverse patient population
· 1+ Years of acute care nursing (RN) experience preferred
o New graduate RNs are welcome and will be considered!
· Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required or currently enrolled in a BSN program
· Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration required
· Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
