The Role
We are hiring a Director of Product Marketing, Network Security to lead and scale our product marketing function across Cato’s portfolio. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for portfolio strategy, positioning and messaging, product launches, and people leadership.
You will shape how Cato’s products and capabilities are brought to market, ensuring clear differentiation, compelling customer value, and strong alignment across the business. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Executive Leadership while building and leading a world-class team of product marketing experts.

A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $250,000 - $290,000. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
