Business Development Center Representative
The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to the Service Department within a dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls and gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
- Manage internet leads and follow a dedicated process to turn leads into appointments
- Utilize computer skills within our internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
- Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, and outbound appointment leads.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Active Listening – give full attention to the words and tone of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate
- Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
- Typing – ability to type efficiently
- Mathematics – using mathematics to solve problems.
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Hiring Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 18 years or older
- Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
- A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
- Clear pre-employment drug screen
