This is a role for someone who takes initiative, connects quickly with people and is motivated by results. We will give you the training, tools, inventory and support. What you do with the opportunity is up to you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Build relationships and create customers for life

· Take ownership of the sales process from the first conversation through the sale

· Ask the right questions, listen and help customers make confident buying decisions

· Build strong knowledge of our vehicles, technology and available options

· Deliver professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations

· Follow up with customers and actively build repeat and referral business

· Confidently handle objections and move opportunities forward

· Look for opportunities, take initiative and compete to win

REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid Texas driver license and clean driving record
