We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and champion process improvement efforts across the organization.
This role combines operational leadership, project management, event strategy, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional with proven experience managing complex projects, optimizing business processes, and delivering exceptional event experiences that align with organizational objectives.
What will you do…
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, executive meetings, conferences, leadership retreats, workshops, and company-wide engagements.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including strategy, budgeting, location, logistics, execution, risk management, and post-event evaluation.
- Establish event success metrics and provide post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and monitor performance to ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with business leaders and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve operational effectiveness across the organization.
- Develop, document, and implement standardized operational procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Manage operational budgets, procurement activities, and resource allocation to support business objectives.
What you bring…
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, project management, event management, business operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, strategic initiatives, and large-scale corporate events.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement methodologies, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization.
