Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC milling and turning machines at customer facilities. This role involves both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, requiring a solid understanding of mechanical systems, CNC controls, and electro-mechanical assemblies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and has a proven ability to work independently while delivering exceptional service.
Mechanical
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and repair CNC milling and turning machines at customer locations. · Troubleshoot and repair automatic tool changers, pallet systems, spindles, and turret mechanisms. · Perform ball screw and axis support bearing replacements and alignments. · Repair and align hydraulic and pneumatic systems. · Read and interpret mechanical drawings and part prints to execute precise repairs.
