The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for lead generation, promoting of sale events and maintaining the customer database, while exhibiting superior customer service at all times.

Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers. Maintain and log all phone calls to dealers and sales reps contacts into database.

Make phone calls to dealers on call list. Ensure information is correct and consistent in every database. Follow-up with consignment list, promoting sale to buyers. Accurately account for your daily dealer interactions in real time via Salesforce data capture. Calling buyers promoting sale and building good working relationships. Build and maintain dealer relationships. Recapture dealers that have been lost. Develop and follow-up on new leads via multiple data sources.

Selling of auction services to dealers. Assist customers with questions and concerns. Work well independently as well as a team player. Report to Management in a timely manner any issues that may be detrimental to the success of operations. Performs other duties as necessary.
