Celebration Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, motivated Lot Technician to help keep our vehicles organized, presentable, and ready for customers. Your work will directly support our sales team and help create a great first impression for everyone who visits.
This is an active, hands-on position for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and follows through.
What you’ll do
- Keep new and used vehicles properly parked, aligned, and organized throughout the lot.
- Safely move vehicles between the lot, showroom, service department, and designated locations.
- Locate and bring up vehicles for customer appointments, test drives, and deliveries.
- Help keep vehicles clean and presentable, including washing, removing stickers, and preparing them for display.
- Monitor vehicle readiness, including fuel or charge levels, and report damage or other concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate vehicle locations and return keys to their designated storage areas.
- Keep the lot and display areas clean, including removing litter and assisting with snow removal as needed.
- Assist with vehicle pickups, transfers, and other dealership errands as assigned.
- Work with sales and service staff to prioritize daily tasks.
What we’re looking for
- Applicants must currently hold a valid driver’s license and have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
- A driving record that meets dealership driving requirements.
- Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Safe, careful vehicle handling.
- The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- A professional attitude and willingness to help teammates.
- The ability to work outdoors in changing weather and perform an active role involving regular walking, standing, and getting in and out of vehicles, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Previous dealership, porter, detailing, or lot experience is helpful. We also welcome applicants who are ready to learn and take pride in doing a job well.
