We are dedicated to providing reliable and innovative solutions for our customers in the field of co-location. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Collocation Administrator to join our team at our Stockholm office.
As a Collocation Administrator, you will play a vital role in our organization, responsible for various tasks related to landlord care, co-location administration, and customer service. Your primary duties will include:

1. You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our landlords, communicating with them via email, letters, and phone calls to address their concerns and requests.
2. You will handle the entire process from co-location request to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
3. You will provide proficient customer service, managing co-location cases and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
4. You will prepare and finalize co-location contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- You are highly organized, a strong communicator, and engaged in your work.
- Previous experience in contract management is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and SAP Real Estate is a merit.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Any prior experience within the telecom or co-location industry is a strong advantage.
