Under direct supervision of the Responsible of Management Control of the Corporation (Cellnex
Telecom, Cellnex Finance, and Cellnex Foundation), you will be responsible for the management control of the corporate areas assigned, as well as the support in different processes of the area.

Main Responsibilities

✓ Monthly end closings, Rolling forecast, Forecast and Budget of the assigned corporate areas:
Meetings with the areas, budget calculation and monitoring, provisions, PBCS upload, review and preparation of the Monthly Executive Summary, as well as monitoring the budget and presenting it to the management of the Corporate area, providing the information in a timely manner.
✓ Provisions management (including old provisions control).
✓ Analysis and control of expenses and investments. Support the team in understanding the deviations and giving explanations.
✓ Review tangible and intangible fixed assets movement (additions, disposals and transfers) of
Cellnex Telecom and Cellnex Finance companies.
✓ Manage intercompany accounts: Industrial fee and management fee calculation, provision and invoicing. Reconciliation of balances and transactions (commercial and financial transactions and balances of P&L and Balance Sheet) of Cellnex Telecom and Cellnex Finance companies with the rest of the group: analysis of intercompanies and contract- based assurance of the correct recording of intercompanies with countries.
✓ Creation of Opex and Capex WBS in SAP, creation of inorganic WBS in SAP and budget transfers between WBS in SAP. Also Update and open Cecos/ Cebes in SAP.
✓ Preparation of various reports (monthly FCCS, half-yearly Forms, CNMC, Bank of Spain, INE,
Commercial Register, IPP, Related Operations, Tax Checklist, etc).
✓ Support internal and external financial audits of Cellnex Telecom and Cellnex Finance, and Cellnex
Foundation.
✓ Chart of Accounts Maintenance

✓ Support to the different corporate areas in order to know the payment status of invoices, request maturities, extract invoices, .... (queries in SAP).
✓ Generate of innovative solutions for internal stakeholders

CANDIDATE PROFILE

✓ Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Telecommunications Degree with financial background

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must-have Advanced

✓ Relevant Experience:

✓ Previous Experience in Big Four (minimum 1/ 2 years)
✓ Previous experience as a corporate controller and/or in a Business Unit (minimum 3 years)
✓ Knowledge of SAP FI: invoice visualization, invoice payment status, due date query, invoice extraction, purchase order history, general ledger extraction
✓ Ability to coordinate with the different Stakeholders involved: IT Systems, Purchasing,
Treasury, Management Control, Corporate Accounting Regulations, Organization and
Processes, HR, Country Administration and External Partner.
