GLOBAL ESG PROJECT MANAGER

Identify, analyse and evaluate internally and externally the performance of Cellnex in terms of sustainability and contribute to the design of policies and objectives that improve it.
Participate in the deployment of the ESG Master Plan that has an impact on improving Cellnex's positioning and reputation among its peers in the sector, key stakeholders as well as decision- makers.

Main Responsibilities

✓ Monitoring and control of the actions defined in the ESG Master Plan in order to ensure compliance with them and suggest improvement actions
✓ Reporting of non-financial information and participation in the preparation of the Company's
Integrated Annual Report
✓ Contributing to the reporting of the main sustainability indices, analysing the results and integrating the improvement actions in the different corporate areas and BU’s.
✓ Supporting the audit process of the Integrated Annual Report and deploying the recommendations suggested in it
✓ Monitoring and supporting local ESG projects.
✓ Provide support to Global Finance & M&A department in Sustainability matters
✓ Assess the impact of the projects developed linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
✓ Create and select scorecards and KPIs to help visualise the impact of sustainability projects for the organisation from both a global and local point of view.
✓ Respond to the needs of Cellnex investors both globally, and in coordination with the Investor
Relations area, as well as providing support to the different countries according to the needs of their stakeholders.
✓ Collaborate with the Communication and Public Affairs team to ensure the correct communication and construction of the Cellnex Telecom narrative.

✓ Participate in working groups of bodies and associations in relation to international ESG and reporting standards, promoting and ensuring recognition, competitive advantage, market access, continuous improvement and compliance with legislation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

✓ Education

o Degree / Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Economics/ or similar relevant degree.
o Additional training would be an asset: a Master's degree in CSR/ESG or similar, Project Management

✓ Languages:

English Must-have Advanced
French Desirable
Italian Desirable

✓ Software Tools:

Excel Must-have Advanced
Powerpoint Must-have Advanced
PowerBI Desirable

✓ Relevant Experience:
