In the Technical Operations area, defines the technical processes linked to the different Business
Units of the group and ensures their effective implementation in the countries, all within a team of
Technical Experts.

Main Responsibilities

✓ Coordinate the Technical Operations of the Cellnex Telecom Group in global technology and service operations (TIS, DAS, Data Centers, Connectivity, Broadcast...).
✓ Define and promote the operational model of all processes linked to the management of the group's infrastructure and services.
✓ Participate in the definition, building, deployment and adoption of the tools and applications providing support to the operations.
✓ Promote the identification, management and extension of best practices in technical operations at a global level, especially in their area of responsibility.
✓ Coordinate and promote working groups with the participation of different countries.
✓ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in transversal projects under their area of responsibility.
✓ Coordinate and monitor local technical operations, supporting the execution and fulfilment of objectives.
✓ Promote and provide technical support in efficiency projects in the operations and technical management of networks.

✓ Collaborate with the commercial and product teams on the technical specifications of the products and services offered to customers.
✓ Ensure results and continuous improvement in the processes under his/her responsibility.
✓ Responsible for setting deadlines, quality standards and project costs for the projects and programs under his/her responsibility.

✓ Technical Engineering, Superior Engineering or similar

Relevant Experience:

✓ At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Essential previous international experience.
- Valuable experience in team management.

- Valuable experience in middle management positions.

✓ Relevant sectors: telecommunications sector.
✓ Will be positively valued experience in:
- Management of telecommunications services (maintenance, supervision, assurance...).
- Engineering associated with infrastructures (civil works, air conditioning energy...).
- Deployment of networks and services (construction of network and infrastructures, provision of services...).
- Project management (PMO).
- Definition, construction and/or deployment of tools.
