Advise the company on decisions to be made on certain projects. Ensure that the company optimizes the taxes paid while complying with the legislation in force.

Main Responsibilities

• Analysis of the tax and legal aspects of a company
• Advised the company. Assist management in taking over tax aspects
• Continuous monitoring of tax matters, identifying the elements impacting the Group
• Establish a schedule of tax liabilities, in order to properly ensure tax obligations
• Choice of the tax regime best suited to the company's situation
• Ensure compliance with tax standards
• Coordination with the subcontracting service provider for the preparation, control and filing of tax obligations
• Talk to tax authorities

Master degree in finance or TAX

✓ Languages:

Official country language (French) Valuable Native
English Must-have Advanced

✓ Software Tools:

Excel Must-have Advanced
Salesforce/CRM Valuable

✓ Relevant Experience:

4 to 6 years of experience in a Tax department
