Job Summary
The Production Technician supports manufacturing operations by performing assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities. Ensures products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate production and inventory records. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and helps achieve production, quality, and delivery objectives. Primary Job Duties Incoming Inspection Performs Material and Finished Goods inspection Prepare Non-conformance reports Track reworks and rejected materials Assemble Celluma devices, subassemblies, and accessories according to approved work instructions and procedures.
Perform functional testing and verification of finished products. Troubleshoot and identify product issues and support rework activities as directed. Package finished products in accordance with established procedures and quality requirement Finished Goods Inventory Performs Finished Good Inspections, perform tests, assembly, and packaging Performs Subassembly and Accessory Inspections, perform tests, and assembly Monitors finished goods inventory levels Fulfillment of Customer Orders
Pay Range:
$19-20 per hour, non-exempt position An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
