Summary

At CentraCare – New London, physicians work alongside Family Medicine colleagues and APPs in a supportive clinic environment with onsite physical therapy and access to CentraCare’s extensive specialty network. This position offers flexible FTE options, minimal call, no evening or weekend clinic hours, and the option to include OB – creating an excellent work-life balance. Outside of practice, enjoy the charm of the New London–Spicer lake communities, known for four-season recreation, vibrant arts, and an exceptional quality of life.

Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
BE/BC in Family Medicine
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
