Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of office leadership or management experience
- Orthodontic office leadership experience strongly preferred
- Previous orthodontic treatment coordinator experience highly valued
- Strong understanding of orthodontic practice operations and the factors that drive business growth and patient satisfaction
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
- Demonstrated success fostering a positive culture and collaborative work environment
- Excellent business acumen and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused approach
- Experience with practice metrics, performance goals, and operational efficiency preferred
