Key Contributions
- Inspect, service, and maintain wildlife traps and control systems on assigned routes.
- Conduct property inspections to identify wildlife activity and determine appropriate control and exclusion strategies
- Perform wildlife exclusion and repair work, including sealing entry points and installing preventative materials.
- Maintain service schedules and communicate proactively with operations and customers regarding findings, progress, and next steps.
- Complete accurate service documentation and maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in required training, support collections efforts, and contribute to lead generation initiatives.

- Complete =98% of scheduled service calls, as assigned.
- Maintain =90% accuracy in service documentation and compliance with control and exclusion standards.
- Achieve =70% positive customer satisfaction scores on post-service surveys.
- Submit or sell a minimum of 8 qualified technician leads per month.
- Respond to =95% of service delivery issues or escalations within 24 hours with zero repeat issues.
