    Your missions :

    We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead national sales activities for our Poultry Business Unit, with a focus on the broiler segment. You will drive strategy, manage key accounts, and contribute to Ceva's growth in the Romanian market.

    What You'll Do

    • Build and execute the national sales plan for broiler products
    • Manage and develop strategic client relationships and key accounts
    • Negotiate and close contracts, including rebates and commercial agreements
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities
    • Create annual sales forecasts and track performance against targets
    • Collaborate with Vaccination services, Veterinary Services, and Key account management teams
    • Report market insights to the Business Unit Manager
    • Use CRM tools to track activities and support forecast accuracy
    • Support P&L understanding and profitability monitoring

    Your profile :

    Education & Experience

    • University degree in Veterinary Medicin
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role

    • Strong drive and accountability
    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders
    • Client-focused with collaborative mindset
    • Comfortable working in complex environments

    Languages & Tools

    • English – intermediate level
    • Microsoft Office – intermediate level
    • Valid Category B driving licence
