Your missions :
- Analyze market data and sales trends of Ceva and competitors to provide insights and develop a 1-year vision.
- Incorporate strategies into subsidiaries' action plans and align corporate vision with country strategies.
- Ensure market positioning and trade policy implementation supports medium- and long-term goals.
- Identify growth opportunities by gathering customer needs, market intelligence, and strategic business insights.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts, enhance brand equity, and support team development in account management.
- Lead execution of the business model across zones, ensuring training in consultative selling skills and resource alignment.
- Manage Profit & Loss statements, oversee financial performance, and identify growth revenue opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between corporate, subsidiaries, and marketing to ensure consistency in objectives and product launches.
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the Poultry industry, preferably within a multinational company. Proven track record in franchise
- management, strategic planning, and market analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Proficient in market data analysis and generating actionable market insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to align local actions with global strategic objectives and to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in managing profit and loss statements and delivering financial objectives.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with strategic and key accounts
