We are looking for a visionary, high-impact Focus Factory Leader to lead one of our manufacturing value steams. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for ensuring smooth operations, people leadership, performance, compliance and strategic development. The role offers real influence, autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of a complex industrial operation.
YOUR MISSION
As Focus Factory Leader, you will ensure world-class vaccine/biological product manufacturing performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people development. You will lead a large, multidisciplinary organization in a matrix structure and drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the end-to-end value stream and operational performance
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain integration, quality, safety compliance and cost efficiency
- Guarantee GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean culture and operational excellence
- Build and execute mid- and long-term operational and business strategy
- Lead and develop a large, high-performing leadership team
- Budget ownership, and financial performance management
- Represent the value steam in audits, inspections and corporate projects
- Talent development, succession planning and leadership pipeline building
