ABOUT THE JOB

Ceva-Phylaxia seeks applicants for the full-time position of Supply Planner in the Supply Planning team within the Supply Chain directory of Ceva’s Phylaxia Campus in Budapest’s 10th district.

The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of the Ceva Animal Health group. The Supply Chain team ensures product availability across global markets by aligning demand planning, production, and distribution processes. We are a dynamic and cross-functional unit, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating demand from subsidiaries and distributors, supporting production planning and product allocation, monitoring inventory levels and supply risks, coordinating product flow to end users, and contributing to Supply Chain projects and key planning meetings in close collaboration with internal and global stakeholders.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Collect all the firmed and planned orders from subsidiaries and distributors, concerning the biological products.
• Inform the Production Planning Departments of Ceva Phylaxia plant about the needs to support the planning activity.
• Manage the allocation process in case of limited capacity or resources.
• Coordinate the flow from Phylaxia to the end users.
• Follow-up the Finished and Semi-Finished stocks, stock at risk analysis.
• Participate in corporate Supply Chain projects.
• Have a close, daily relation with internal and group level Quality, Plannin and Packaging Departments.
• Identify risks and define potential way to reduce risks.
• Prepare analysis and present hot topics on the monthly MPS, S&OE an S&OP meetings.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (Supply Chain / Logistics / Economics).
• Experience in Supply Chain, mainly in production and distribution.
• Good level of communication with internal departments and external customers.
• Good analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and in teams (including international teams).

ADVANTAGES

• French knowledge.
