    We're looking for an exceptional Assurance Team Project Coordinator to become a key part of that journey.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex environments. Working at the heart of the Assurance Directorate, you'll help connect teams, coordinate priorities and support leaders to ensure important work is planned, delivered and monitored effectively.Reporting to the Interim Quality & Governance Lead, you'll work across the Directorate and wider organisation, helping colleagues stay connected, informed and focused on what matters most. Your contribution will play an important role in ensuring strategic priorities translate into meaningful action and measurable progress.

    The opportunityThis is a highly visible role with broad reach across the organisation.You'll act as a trusted coordinator and central point of contact for the Assurance Directorate, supporting governance, planning, reporting and oversight arrangements that help the Directorate operate effectively.From coordinating Directorate governance cycles and supporting leadership meetings to managing workplans, tracking progress and ensuring key actions don't lose momentum, you'll help create the conditions that enable teams to succeed.You'll also play a vital role in connecting colleagues across different teams and functions, ensuring information flows effectively, priorities remain aligned and organisational objectives continue moving forward.If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, creating order from complexity and helping others deliver their best work, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

    What you'll be doing

    You'll become a key part of how the Assurance Directorate operates, helping to bring structure, visibility and momentum to a wide-ranging portfolio of work. Working closely with colleagues across the Directorate and beyond, you'll ensure that priorities are connected, plans are translated into action and progress remains visible at every stage.

    At the heart of the role is coordination. You'll help the Directorate Leadership Team maintain oversight of key priorities, ensuring governance activity runs smoothly, actions are progressed and important conversations lead to meaningful outcomes. Whether you're preparing high-quality reports and presentations, coordinating leadership meetings, managing workplans or supporting the flow of information across teams, you'll play an important role in enabling effective decision-making and delivery.

    You'll also act as a trusted point of contact for the Directorate, helping colleagues navigate enquiries, connecting people to the right information and ensuring communication remains responsive, professional and effective. By bringing together data, updates and intelligence from across the Directorate, you'll help create a clear picture of progress, risks and opportunities, supporting leaders to focus on what matters most.

    Most importantly, you'll help create the conditions that allow others to succeed, fostering collaboration, strengthening ways of working and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across Change Grow Live.

    The Details: 

    National | Hybrid Working

    You'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, alongside regular opportunities to connect face-to-face with colleagues through national meetings, leadership forums and Directorate-wide activities.

    Hours: 37.5 hours per week*Contract Type: Secondment until 31st March 2027

    *Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

    Responsibilities

    About you

    We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people, information and priorities together.

    You may have experience in coordination, governance, project support, business administration or programme management, but most importantly you'll be someone who enjoys making things happen.

    You'll be highly organised, proactive and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll understand how good planning, communication and coordination can help teams achieve more, and you'll take pride in creating systems and processes that help others succeed.

    You'll likely bring:

    • Experience providing coordination, governance, project or business support across complex teams.
    • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent written communication skills and confidence producing reports, presentations and professional documentation.
    • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage information accurately and sensitively.
    • Confidence building positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
    • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.

    CGL points 30 to 32 (£35,069.56 - £37,088.51)
