Help shape the future of prescribing administration in Rotherham.

As we prepare to mobilise and implement our new Rotherham service, we're looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join us as Prescription Transformation Lead.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands prescribing administration, service delivery and change management to take a leading role in designing and embedding safe, effective and efficient prescribing processes from day one.

Working closely with operational, clinical and administrative colleagues, you'll help establish the foundations of our prescribing administration model, support colleagues through transition and ensure our systems, processes and ways of working are fully aligned with Change Grow Live standards. This role will also play a key part in supporting colleagues joining the organisation through the implementation process.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead the transformation of prescribing administration processes within the new Rotherham service
• Review current pathways and identify opportunities for improvement
• Establish safe, effective prescribing administration structures and governance arrangements
• Support colleagues transferring into Change Grow Live and help them build confidence in new systems and ways of working
• Become the subject matter expert for prescribing administration within CRiiS
• Deliver training, coaching and guidance to frontline staff, leaders and administrators
• Analyse prescribing data to support service performance and continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with operational, clinical, data and transformation colleagues to ensure a successful mobilisation and implementation programme

Responsibilities

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, improving processes and helping teams navigate change successfully.

You will bring:

• Significant experience of prescribing administration and/or prescribing administration management
• Experience using CRiiS prescribing functionality, or substantial experience configuring and supporting health information systems
• Strong understanding of prescribing pathways, governance and prescription security processes
• Experience analysing and interpreting clinical or operational performance data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• The confidence to influence and support colleagues at all levels
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to balance technical expertise with a people-focused approach during periods of change
• Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams

Salary Range (pro rata if part time)

CGL points 31 to 33 (£29,909.28 - £31,695.13)
