We are looking for an experienced, values-driven and inspirational Service Manager to join our Liverpool Drug and Alcohol Service. This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational leadership across a large and diverse treatment and recovery system, supporting people affected by drug and alcohol use across Liverpool.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract of 3 months (Welcome Internal Secondment)
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
This is a key leadership role within one of Change Grow Live's largest and most innovative services.
As Service Manager, you will provide operational leadership across designated teams and service functions, ensuring services are safe, effective, accessible and focused on delivering positive outcomes for the people who use them. You will lead multidisciplinary teams working across community treatment, harm reduction, psychosocial interventions, criminal justice pathways, recovery support, outreach and partnership provision.
Working closely with the Services Manager and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for service performance, quality improvement, workforce development, safeguarding, governance, health and safety, and contractual delivery. You will support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services while driving innovation, partnership working and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing substance misuse services, strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering performance and quality outcomes within complex service environments. You will be confident working with commissioners, partner agencies and community stakeholders and will have the ability to motivate and develop teams while maintaining a strong focus on service user outcomes.
