POSITION:

Substitute Transporter

LOCATION OF WORK:

Multiple routes available, throughout Charlevoix and Emmet County

CERTIFICATION:

Meet State requirements for licensing, physical exam required (including diabetes questionnaire if applicable), approved driving record of less than 7 points

QUALIFICATIONS:

·     Capable of lifting adaptive equipment (25-35 lbs)

·     Meet the requirements of MI. Essential Ins. Act. For standard automobile insurance

·     Demonstrate responsibility, dependability, efficiency, and the ability to work with others

·     Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of handheld tablet

·     Demonstrate the ability to keep all information regarding a student and family confidential

·     Attend two in-service sessions per master agreement

REPORTS TO:

Transportation Coordinator

DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Monday thru Friday

HOURS OF WORK:

Approximately 5-6 hours per day Monday thru Friday

SALARY/FRINGES:

Hourly
