Senior Product Manager - Data

<div>Chargezoom is Salt Lake City's fastest growing Fintech startup, we are looking for a dynamic ambitious Product Manager of Data who understands true product ownership from both a financial and personal perspective.  </div><div><br><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>As an Senior Product Manager - Data at Chargezoom, you will work closely with the VP of Product to support the development and execution of our data product strategy.

This role is designed for a driven individual eager to take ownership and responsibility of a product in a fast-paced, innovative environment.  The ideal candidate has experience and skills to understand data engineering, architecture, and modeling.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>- Own our strategic fintech data product, be the leader and champion for it, with the opportunity for expansion.</div><div>- Be the SME for data modeling, defining the data schematic, building data pipeline with ETL and data enrichment.</div><div>- Product owner for all of reporting, visualizations, insights, and eventually integration with ML/AI</div><div>- Own and drive the initiative to refactor current data schema into a world-class example of a proper data model and star schema<br>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.<br>- Own the creation and maintenance of all product collateral:  product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and roadmaps.<br>- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.<br>- Support the VP of Product in strategic planning and execution of product initiatives.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>- 3-7 years of experience in product management at a SaaS startup.</div><div>- Must thrive in environment of urgency in a high performance delivery focused org.<br>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferred background in data engineering</div><div>- Experience defining data models and schematics<br>- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.<br>- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Jira.<br>- Passion for fintech and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.</div><div>- We work in our new offices in Cottonwood Heights area, 5 days a week.</div><div><br><br><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong><br>- $100k-$140k/yr</div><div>- Employee Stock Option Plan</div><div>- Paid health, and dental, insurance.<br>- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.</div>
