Your Opportunity
At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).
As an ETL Software Engineer supporting Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM), you will play a critical role in strengthening the platforms that help protect Schwab, our clients, and the financial system. In this role, you will help modernize critical platforms by supporting data integration initiatives, improving batch and real-time processing systems, optimizing data warehouse solutions, and contributing to migration efforts from legacy on-premises applications to future-state technologies. Your ability to analyze complex problems, troubleshoot production issues, and implement sustainable solutions will directly influence system reliability, operational effectiveness, and regulatory readiness.
