Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships across stakeholders, communicate complex ideas with clarity, and drive meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact while expanding your strategic, technology, and leadership capabilities.

    • Proven ability to manage or lead workstreams across multiple projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in situations involving ambiguity or incomplete information.
    • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or internal strategy organization supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
    • Experience within financial services, technology organizations, or highly regulated environments.
    • Knowledge of technology strategy, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, digital platforms, cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence and technology operating models.
    • Exposure to cybersecurity, data strategy, data governance, or enterprise data initiatives.
    • Experience developing business cases, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting strategic planning processes.
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
    • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and results orientation when leading projects through changing priorities and evolving business needs.
    • Advanced storytelling and presentation development skills using PowerPoint and executive communication frameworks.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
