    About Chartis Federal

Chartis Federal is a premier systems engineering and integration firm specializing in mission-critical IT and communications solutions for law enforcement, homeland security, and defense. As a trusted prime contractor with over $160 million in task order awards, we operate across 22 states and support essential government missions worldwide.

Our commitment to excellence has fueled our year-over-year growth, earning us recognition twice as a Washington Technology FAST 50 company and securing a place on the Inc. 5000 list for five consecutive years. At Chartis Federal, our mission is clear: keeping heroes safe and connected—on the battlefield, on the border, and in our backyards.

    Position Overview

We are seeking a Administrative Program Analyst to provide dedicated staff-action support to the customer. This role owns the end-to-end DM&A tasking workflow, including tasker entry, tracking, document distribution, and repository management, in direct support of the Joint Staff and Office of the Chief, NGB.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing electronic tasking systems and correspondence in a DoD or federal staff-action environment.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate the established ETS for DM&A; enter, track, and route taskers in support of Joint Staff and Office of the Chief, NGB staff action requirements.
    • Screen, accept, and route new DM&A tasks; establish suspense dates and OPR assignments.
    • Review completed products for quality, format, and completeness prior to submission for coordination-level review.
    • Package and distribute DM&A documents; manage the DM&A document repository and conduct supporting research.
    • Provide status updates, reminders on due/overdue tasks, and procedural guidance to DM&A stakeholders.
    • Close completed tasks in CATMS and ETS, confirming final action and coordinating routing closure with internal/external offices.
