Position Overview
We are seeking a Training Subject Matter Expert to develop and deliver TACCOM training curriculum nationwide, drawing on federal law enforcement communications experience to ensure training programs reflect real-world operational and interoperability requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop curriculum and deliver certified training programs at a nationwide scale Coach instructors on technical, operational, and delivery objectives to enhance team performance Report training program metrics and improvements to management using data-driven analysis Plan and coordinate interoperability training during multi-agency, multi-discipline, and multi-jurisdictional public safety operations Deliver training across multiple platforms, including in-person, Teams, and hybrid formats
