Role Summary
The Measuring Technician is responsible for carry out measuring, for all of Heli-One`s supporting workshops, daily maintenance and weekly calibration of the 3D measuring machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily work is to measure aircraft components using CMM and Quindos 7 software.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining Quindos 7 software.
- Responsible for the administrative tasks such as control/update of the computer and adjust measuring program new limits, and new measurement areas according to new revisions.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- Relevant education or relevant experience within metrology and programing CMM machines is required
- General knowledge of CMM metrical systems. Preferred Quindos 7 software experience or similar type of programing.
- Understand Technical drawings, dimensioning and tolerances.
- English and Norwegian language
