Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives
- Partner with leaders on strategic talent initiatives including organization development, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management
- Support business transformation efforts and change management initiatives to enable sustainable growth
- Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale and retention
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Serve as the primary HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for GTM Organisation
- Collaborate with regional HR colleagues and Centres of Excellence to implement global and regional initiatives
Your Knowledge and Skills Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles
- Proven experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market organizations within Technology or related industries
- Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organisation
- Good understanding of Indian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
