Job description

Manage and publish customer-facing content, including release notes, bug fix documentation, and technical updates.
Review, edit, and maintain Knowledge Base and SecureKnowledge (SK) articles.
Work closely with Release Management, R&D teams, and business stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with Area Managers and Directors to gather information and drive content reviews.
Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
Identify content gaps and proactively drive improvements.
Coordinate content review cycles and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Take ownership of documentation tasks from initiation through publication.

Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand technical concepts and product features.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to a customer audience.
Professional and positive communication style.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Team player who can also work independently.
