Summary:
- The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing pricing responses in support of Federal Government contracting pursuits for Chenega Corporation’s business units and associated subsidiaries. This role provides entry-level pricing support for proposals and contract actions, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Chenega Corporation’s Cost Estimating System, and ISO 9001 procedures. Under close supervision, the Pricing Analyst partners with Business Development, Proposal Management, Contracts, Finance and Operations to develop compliant, competitive, and well-documented pricing solutions across multiple agencies and contract types.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare price proposals for Federal Government proposals, including new business and incumbent pursuits, task orders, contract modifications, and other price analysis.
- Develop price proposals for a variety of contract types, including Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Labor Hour (LH), and Cost-Reimbursement contracts.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements, Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), and internal Cost Estimating System requirements.
- Serve as the primary pricing point of contact for proposal teams, subsidiaries, business units, and functional stakeholders.
- Prepare data calls and templates for subcontractors and other teaming partners.
- Compose pricing narratives, and support documentation for clarity, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Participate in proposal reviews.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. Relevant experience can replace unrelated degree concentration.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Successfully pass background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience preparing pricing for Federal Government contracts, or performing audits, compliance, or contractor pricing reviews as a Federal Government employee or contractor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate-level proficiency in other software including Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Copilot), and Adobe AcrobatPro.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, dynamic workplace.
- Ability to adapt to shifting proposal requirements and evolving customer guidance.
- Ability to prioritize projects; organize and schedule tasks/objectives and determine realistic action plans.
- Ability to collaborate and provide analysis of data in real-time scenarios.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and develop alternative solutions.
- Ability to write clearly and informatively, present numerical data effectively, and interpret written instructions, regulations, and spreadsheet formulas.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations; Ability to create, implement, and verify expert-level formulas in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
