(EOSi), a Chenega Professional Services company, is looking for a Portfolio Integration Specialist with strong program management, business analysis, and requirements-gathering expertise to support a large federal IT organization. The employee will oversee all facets of project management and lifecycle management of various systems and applications funded by a program. This is a highly visible position and will require a self-motivated, well-versed, and knowledgeable candidate to support the organization.

Responsibilities
Planning, Monitoring, Control, and Reporting- Plan and coordinate portfolio and project activities, including the development and delivery of project plans and associated artifacts.
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings to discuss portfolio performance, divisional priorities, and project outcomes.
- Draft and review portfolio and project schedules, plans, and deliverables to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and governance standards.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain risk response plans while assessing portfolio and project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, stakeholder engagement, and successful portfolio and project delivery.
- Conduct analysis and prepare reports to keep customers, stakeholders, and project teams informed of portfolio performance, project status, design progress, and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, briefing materials, and executive packages for senior leadership on portfolio, program, and project initiatives.
Facilitation & Collaboration- Prepare briefing materials and pre-brief by gathering input from senior staff and technical SMEs to ensure readiness for discussions.
- Provide facilitation and coordination support for CPIC and PPBE activities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and timely execution of portfolio objectives
- Draft and distribute meeting agendas, manage scheduling, reserve rooms or virtual platforms, and oversee technical setup to enable seamless meeting execution.
- Capture minutes, record action items, and track follow-ups, ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.
- Partner with customer project leads to drive timely completion of action items, while preparing presentations and visual aids aligned with IT modernization, cybersecurity, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to conduct due diligence required to draft Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), system requirements, and other requirements based on customer demand.
- Facilitate requirement sessions that capture document needs and develop design specifications.
- Consult with the product line engineering staff on defined requirements, engineering logistics, and maintainability.
- Maintain precise requirements of traceability to support validation and testing processes.
Process Improvement- Identify major business gaps and process inefficiencies using detailed discovery methodologies and report findings.
- Draft and propose solutions to address process gaps.
- Assess organizational needs and implement best practices for continuous process improvement.
- Develop and maintain process maps and related artifacts.
- Use SAFe or best-practice methodologies to assess and make recommendations for process enhancement, requirements development, and delivery.
- Minimum of 4 days per month of travel to Washington, DC.
- Occasional travel to Kearneysville, WV, Portsmouth, VA, and Alexandria, VA
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
- 10 years’ experience in project management, which includes 5 years’ experience in supporting government projects.
- PMP certification is highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a commitment to high-quality output.
- Experience with management of information systems (e.g., financial, accounting, budget, purchasing, etc.).
- Ability to obtain Public Trust.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Visio, MS Project, ServiceNow SPM), and Jira.
- Proficient in CG AI: Copilot, DHS Chat, GenAI Tools, etc.
- Skilled in data analysis using pivot tables, dashboards, and other graphical representations tools.
- Section 508 compliance and the creation of 508 compliant documents.
Teleworking Details
Hybrid - Minimum of 1 day a week onsite
