Standards and Evaluation Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate, guide, track, and document standardization efforts across mission essential task areas.
- Manage standardization documentation including tool configurations, local job guides, checklists, training materials, training task lists, analysis worksheets, and crew aids.
- Assist with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization by providing templates, context, and best practices.
- Ensure that all standardization materials are up-to-date and effective.
- Develop and implement the weapon system crew force development program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and improve crew performance.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Minimum of three years of experience as a standards and evaluations analyst.
- Strong understanding of standardization processes and documentation.
- Ability to provide technical assistance and develop effective training and standardization materials.
- Experience in developing force development programs and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
