WHAT YOU'LL DO Welcome children and help them feel comfortable, excited, and included. Provide attentive supervision while maintaining a safe and engaging environment. Lead games, arts & crafts, storytelling, and other age-appropriate activities. Assist with monthly themes and creative programming. Communicate with parents regarding their child's needs and experience. Follow secure child check-in and check-out procedures.
Help children navigate conflicts and communicate behavioral concerns appropriately. Provide snacks and meals while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Keep the Child Activity Center clean, organized, stocked, and ready for fun. Assist with reservations, appropriate child-to-staff ratios, member billing, and reporting.
