Wage starting at $70.44/hour (Based on Experience) Benefit Eligible: Yes Join Our Team – Clinical Pharmacist Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. This position plays a vital role in providing safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care while working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Position Highlights Dispense and verify medications in accordance with Nebraska pharmacy regulations Prepare and compound medications, including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and TPN Monitor medication therapy, dosing adjustments, and antimicrobial stewardship Collaborate with providers on medication management and patient counseling Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns Maintain medication inventory, controlled substance records, and regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and staff education Share in on-call responsibilities as assigned Benefits Health Insurance: Co-pay or HSA plan options – 100% employee premium paid Dental Insurance: 100% employee premium paid Vision Insurance: 100% employee premium paid $50,000 Group Life Insurance with AD&D Long-Term Disability: 100% employee premium paid Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution Optional Supplemental
