Cherry County Hospital & Clinic – Valentine, NE 69201 Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team. This position works under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support safe, accurate, and efficient medication services in our rural hospital setting. Position Highlights Enter and process medication orders in the computer system (pharmacist-verified) Prepare and distribute daily medication fills and restock automated dispensing systems Mix IV additive solutions and chemotherapy under pharmacist supervision Package and label medications for pharmacist verification Maintain medication inventory, outdates, and pharmacy supply restocking Perform medication reconciliation and assist with patient charge auditing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and hospital policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years or older Pharmacy Technician training completed or certification obtained within 6 months of hire Hospital or pharmacy experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail, communication, and computer skills Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and regulatory compliance Why Join Cherry County Hospital & Clinic?
