CTN offers W2 employment with an hourly compensation model designed specifically for therapist success.

Full-time salary range: $65,000–$115,000/year
Part-time salary range: $55,000–$75,000/year
Flexible scheduling with customizable caseloads
Morning flexibility; most clients are seen after school hours
100% clinic-based (no driving to homes or schools)
Up to 10% telehealth depending on client and therapist preference

Support for IBCCES Autism Certification
Clinical leadership pathways for mentoring or program development
Provide engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy
Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with caregivers, PTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants
Provide caregiver education and home programs to increase carryover
Complete documentation in a user-friendly EMR
Bring creativity, fun, and a child-centered approach to every session
Occupational Therapy degree + active (or eligible) California OT license
Minimum two years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
Pediatric and/or sensory integration experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Genuine passion for working with children and families
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required
Help children achieve 80%+ of therapy goals
Maintain 95%+ family satisfaction
Submit 100% of required billable hours
Complete daily notes within 24 hours
Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 48–72 hours
