Job Description: It is the responsibility of the Warmline Peer Specialist to provide direct non-crisis supportive conversation and listening to callers from around the nation. Warmline Peer Specialists make and receive phone calls and will also provide peer support and resources as needed during these calls. They will work together with the county crisis services, when necessary, as well.

Minimum Licensure/Certifications: Must have a Peer Specialist Certification.
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
