Roaming Quality Inspector
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Baltimore, MD
What you'll do:
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections across multiple project sites
- Document findings, track corrective actions, and verify they stick
- Coach and guide project teams — without needing direct supervisory authority to make an impact
- Analyze inspection trends and escalate issues that need leadership attention
- Build strong relationships with customers, contracting officers, and site management
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of quality control experience in custodial, facilities, or a similar service environment
- A valid driver's license (held 3+ years) and comfort with frequent travel
- Sharp analytical skills and the confidence to read and apply complex contract requirements
- A collaborative, positive attitude — and genuine respect for the people you'll serve
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
