SUMMARY The position of Merchant Services Rep is responsible for regularly supporting the Merchant Services department manager, ensures the smooth and efficient operation of a number of accounting duties; reconciles all asset and liability accounts for the Merchant Services Department; processes accounts payable transactions. This position also records fixed assets and their depreciation and amortization; and performs other duties associated with the Bank’s general ledger including assigned certifications, Board material and Call Reports. This employee must maintain compliance with audit, internal controls, security, BSA, CTR standards.
