Where you come in

As a Sales Associate at Chowdeck, you will be on the ground identifying and onboarding new vendor partners onto the platform. You will be the face of Chowdeck in the field, pitching our value proposition to business owners, managing the onboarding process from first contact to going live, and building the vendor relationships that drive our growth.

This is a field-based role based in Lagos.

In this role, you'll be required to:

• Identify and approach potential vendors: restaurants, food businesses, and retail partners for onboarding onto Chowdeck.
• Pitch Chowdeck's value proposition clearly and confidently to business owners.
• Manage the onboarding process from first contact to going live on the platform.
• Meet weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with onboarded vendors to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Gather and report market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and vendor pain points.
• Represent Chowdeck professionally at all times, in the field and in vendor meetings.

You're perfect for the role if you:

• have 0–2 years of sales, business development, or field experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• have strong verbal communication skills and can explain things clearly and simply.
• are comfortable in a target-driven, field-based role and resilient enough to handle rejection and take feedback well.
• are based in Lagos and willing to travel within your assigned territory.
• have a smartphone and are comfortable using basic apps and tools for reporting.
