    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a Master technician / mechanic who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
    • Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
    • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
    • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
    • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
    • Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate  concerns
    • Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

    Qualifications: 

    • 5-7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
    • Efficiently navigate a computer/tablet
    • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them
    • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
    • Excel at both electrical and drivability diagnostics
    • Capable of regularly meeting or exceeding book time without comebacks
    • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
    • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
    • Professional appearance and strong communication
    • A desire for long-term career development
    • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

    Physical Requirements:

    • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
    • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
    • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
    • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
    • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
    • Drive manual transmissions vehicles
    • Efficiently navigate a computer
